Before founding Greenlight Financial Advisory, Matt worked for JLL and CBRE, two global Fortune 200 commercial real estate advisory and investment firms. Matt provided corporate finance and capital markets advisory and has vast transaction experience working on some of the most significant HQ assignments throughout the U.S. Matt’s track record at JLL includes advising and executing assignments with a gross value of over $3.75 billion. Matt's career includes being based in Washington DC, Houston, Singapore and London. Matt earned a B.S. in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park, and studied at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra – ESCI School of International Business in Barcelona, Spain. Additionally, Matt was a collegiate athlete in the U.S. and Europe.

Ken earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with majors in Finance, Strategy and Real Estate and holds the Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from CoreNet Global. Ken proudly served as noncommissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.

He has a track record of impactful contributions to bottom-line profit, top line revenue, and operational success. After selling off the Lamplight assets, Jeff moved to JLL as the Managing Director of Financial Strategy where he advised large corporate occupiers, REITS, and accredited real estate investors on capital structures for real estate transactions. Jeff is currently the President & CFO of Medistar, a real estate development and investment management company that focuses on healthcare single tenant, retail, and multifamily real estate development. Jeff has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
